Terms of service.
Bouquet Preservation Orders:
A deposit of $250 is required to reserve both your event date and the items comprising your order - There is a limited amount of resin moulds and the deposit ensures you will have access to your desired designs. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final amount.
The remaining balance of your order is due one week following your event date. This due date will be listed on your invoice. You will not receive reminders for this. You are responsible for the balance of your order being paid by the due date. If payment has not been made, your order will not move through the preservation process. This will result in you forfeiting your place in the queue and extending your timeline.
Shipping is not included in the items listed. You are responsible for shipping your bouquet to the River Creations studio. However, do not worry, you will receive detailed instructions on how to safely and securely ship your beautiful blooms to me.
Similarly, postage of your finished pieces is not included in the prices listed. Once your order has been placed, a calculated shipping cost will be included on your ivoice.
As floral preservation is a delicate process, I do not offer a completion date. Orders can take up to or exceed 8 months, depending on the size of the order and date of your event. Please be patient and refrain from excessive contact. Your blooms are given the highest possible care in preparing your keepsakes, so please know that I am working hard to create a piece that is truely stunning and unique for you. - For more information on timelines, please refer to the ‘Preservation Process’ page.
Any piece that requires timber will be hand chosen by me and will depend entirely on availability. If you have a certain species in mind and are happy to wait, I will attempt to source it. However, this will delay your completion date and potentially comprimise your position in the queue.
Whilst I work to ensure as much of the bouquet is used in your pieces, it is important to retain the style and design within the moulds you have chosen. This means that all of your blooms may not be used. Any remaining florals will be disposed of. Once dried, they are far to delicate to be returned.
Resin is an everlasting medium. Therefore, it is not possible to change the design once started. - For more information on the preservation stages, please see the ‘Preservation Process’ page.
Complete thought and care are taken into account when packaging your order. However, I can not take responsibly for the postal service or any damage incurred during transit.
All pieces are handmade in the River Creations studio. Careful consideration is taken when designing and completing your pieces. However, please be mindful of imperfections that can arise in the pieces. These may include; transparency in your blooms and/or colour changes, striation lines in the resin, as well as silica crystals, air bubbles and dust particles.
Please note that photos of your final pieces may be selected to feature on River Creations social accounts.
Custom Orders:
A deposit of $400 is required to reserve your custom order. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final amount.

You are responsible for the balance of your order being paid by the due date. If payment has not been made, your project will not proceed.
You will be given a start date, this will indicate the date in which I will begin your unique project. This does not necessarily mean that I will begin pouring your design. Depending on the complexity of your order, this could potentially indicate when I will begin the preparation work on your timber, framing of your form etc.
Shipping will be included on your invoice. This is a seperate cost and will depend entirely on the size of your project. I work with many courier services to ensure the most affordable price for my clients.
