Shipping Instructions
For Fresh Flowers
If you are unable to post your flowers right after your event, keep them refrigerated until you are able to do so. This time really should not exceed 1-3 days after your event, as we want to preserve them in their best condition
Moisten some paper towels and wrap the bottom portion of the stems, around 10cm, ensuring the tips are in contact with the paper towel. This will give them a little water reserve for their journey, and will ensure they don’t dry out.
Completely cover the wet paper towels with a ziplock bag or cling wrap, making sure it is secure but not wrapped too tightly to damage the stems.
Select an appropriate box size for your bouquet, too large and the bouquet has too much room to move in transit, too small and it will damage your bouquet. Fill your box with packing material (packing peanuts, newspaper, kraft paper etc) to cushion your delicate flowers.
You will be given all relevant studio information when placing your order, so you will be able to take your package to the local post office and ship to River Creations studio. Please include a tracking number so I can prepare for your beautiful flower’s arrival.
