Frequently asked questions.

  • As soon as possible. I can only take on a handful of clients per month, therefore availability is limited, especially during peak wedding season.

  • Not at all. I can preserve all sorts of flowers in resin from air dried to artifical. Simply state the condition of your florals when placing your order. I can even air dry your bouquet at the studio, or you can at home to save on postage.

    • Please note that floral drying is complementary in the preservation process. Therefore, whether you dry it yourself, have artifical etc. this will not affect the listed prices.

In addition, other inclusions can be preserved in your keepsakes, such as jewellery, photographs, material, ashes etc. Please include your wishes when placing your order and I will be sure to incorporate them into your unique design.

  • This depends on the size of your order and your bouquet. If you order large pieces or additional items, then it is very likely that I will use all of your blooms. Your entire bouquet will be dried in the silica crystals, and the best blooms will be selected for your preservation pieces. Any unused florals will be disposed of.

  • Depending on the size and complexity of your order, it can take up to 8 months to complete, from recieving your bouquet to shipping the finished product out to you. There are many factors that can affect the wait time, such as climate, seasons and design choices. For this reason, I do not give a completion date with your order.

  • Return shipping is not included on the prices listed on the site. There is no flat rate for an order as each is different. It will depend on the pieces you chose. I will calculate a shipping cost and include it on your invoice.
